MoU With Falak Startups and Newgiza University

NGU is pleased to announce the signage of an MoU between Falak Startups and the School of Business and Finance for the establishment of an Academic Partnership and Program Development. The two parties expect the Academic Partnership to contribute in supporting the development of Falak’s beneficiary start-ups as well as the NGU’s selected students and alumni; through the provision of a range of academic services, capability building, resource sharing, and recognized certifications. NGU and Falak will design the program based on the priority needs of Falak and the local start-up ecosystem in Egypt within the guidelines and academic standards of the NGU.

Moreover, Falak shall implement activities in accordance with the agreed Academic Partnership and the program.

The initiation of the implementation of this Academic Partnership and its program is intended for Fall 2019.

The MoU signing took place on the sideline of the “Demo Day” organized by Falak Startups, in the presence of Dr. Sahar Nasr, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation.
