We are proud to share that Dr. Noha Hassan, Assistant Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship at NGU’s School of Business and Finance, had the opportunity to participate in the AMEPPA 2025 Annual Conference: Governing Through Transformation, which took place at the College of Public Policy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) in Doha, Qatar.
Dr. Hassan presented her paper titled “Evaluating the Efficacy of Biometric Digital Ethics Framework in Smart Public Service Implementations of Egypt.” This important work, co-authored with Dr. Omkolthoum ElSayed, Public Policy and Institutional Development Advisor, explores the intersection of technology and ethics in public service.
