The Graduation Ceremony for NGU SOP (Classes of 2024 and 2025) was held at NGU campus, on Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Sameh Farid (NGU President) and Dr. Ahmed Nazif (Former Prime Minister of Egypt) delivered welcome speeches to the graduates, extended their heartfelt congratulations and wished them a successful and prosperous professional future. Prof. Dr. Manal Maher (SOP Dean), also delivered a speech in which she affirmed SOP members’ pride in the graduates and their joy in their accomplishment. She expressed her sincere wishes for their continued success and distinction, encouraging them to represent the School and the University in the best possible manner within the labor market.
All graduates collectively recited the professional oath after Dr. Mohamed El-Sheikh (Head of the Cairo Pharmacists Syndicate and Member of the Egyptian Senate). Also, Mariam Amr (Graduate Class 2025) delivered a speech on behalf of all graduates, in which she expressed her sincere gratitude and appreciation to the University, the School, the teaching staff, the assisting staff, and everyone who contributed to supporting the graduates throughout their academic journey, enriching their scientific experience, and providing field training and professional qualification opportunities that paved the way for their confident and competent entry into the labor market.
The ceremony was attended by a distinguished group of academic figures and representatives from the scientific research sector and the pharmaceutical labor market. Among the attendees were Prof. Laila Gad El-Rab (R & D Consultant at EVA Pharma and MARC), Prof. Rami Karam Aziz (Head of Research Laboratories in Biosciences at MARC), Dr. Ahmed Badir (Chairman of Sandoz Egypt and Libya), Dr. Mohamed Sewilam (Regional Head of Viatris in Egypt and North Africa), Dr. Massad Morsi (CEO RAY CRO), Prof. Ahmed Hassan El-Shafie (Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University), and Prof. Ahmed El-Shafie (Strategic Consultant to the Vice President of Al-Azhar University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and an expert in university ranking affairs).
