The School of Pharmacy at Newgiza University hosted an engaging training session in collaboration with Sandoz Egypt, led by Mirna Masoud, focusing on the theme “How to Know Your Personality Strength and Use It Properly in the Workplace.” The session aimed to help students better understand their personal strengths, communication styles, and how these traits can be effectively applied in professional settings.
Through interactive discussions and self-reflective exercises, students gained valuable insights into workplace dynamics and the importance of self-awareness in building successful careers.
