The first training workshops for the academic year 2024/2025 were held within the programs of the NGU Professional Development Academy (PDA), titled “Molecular Dynamics Simulation: A Transformative tool in Drug Discovery”, on Saturday and Sunday, 7 and 8 September 2024, in NGU School of Pharmacy.
The training was organized by SOP Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (Prof. Marwa Fouad, Dr. Mohamed Salah, and TA. Yara Zaki) and conducted by Prof. Sahar Abu Saree (Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry – Faculty of Pharmacy – Cairo University) and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Hasab (Lecturer of Pharmaceutical Chemistry – Faculty of Pharmacy – King Salman University).
The workshops were attended by 2 SOP TAs and 10 SOP students from different years, beside 8 participants from other universities such as Cairo University, Ain Shams University, GUC, and King Salman University, with a total of 20 participants.
