MOU with Hospice Egypt

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community service collaboration, an official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the NGU SOP, represented by Prof. Manal Maher, Dean of NGU SOP, and Hospice Egypt, represented by Dr. Tandiar Samir.

The signing ceremony took place on Monday, June 30, 2025, at NGU SOP, in the presence of esteemed academic leaders and staff members.

This initiative will help raise awareness about the hospice concept and engage students in supporting terminally ill patients and their families — shaping a new generation of pharmacists who are clinically competent and emotionally compassionate.

The MOU also marks the beginning of integrating hospice-related topics into the pharmacy curriculum, aligning with our mission to graduate pharmacists who are well-prepared to serve diverse patient needs in real-world settings.
