UCL Team Conducts 2025 Country Review Visit to NGU School of Engineering

As part of the ongoing collaboration between Newgiza University (NGU) and University College London (UCL), a distinguished team from UCL visited NGU to conduct the 2025 country review of the School of Engineering’s program.

The review process included meetings with students and faculty members, as well as live in-class observations, aimed at evaluating the academic structure, teaching methodologies, and learning environment within the School of Engineering.

The UCL review team comprised Prof. Alistair Greig, Professor of Marine Engineering at UCL; Prof. Thomas Gilbert, Lecturer in the Department of Electronic Engineering at UCL; and Prof. Shannon Chance, Lecturer and Programme Chair at Technological University Dublin and Honorary Professor at UCL.

This visit reaffirms NGU’s strong partnership with UCL and its ongoing commitment to maintaining world-class academic standards, ensuring quality education, and providing students with an exceptional learning experience aligned with global benchmarks.
