TAX RETURN PREPARATION COURSE

 

Course Overview:

The course covers how to prepare tax returns for both corporate and individuals (legal entities), non-commercial professional tax returns, properties tax, salaries tax, and finally, the tax return on value-added tax and the zero return. It provides a full understanding of the provisions and deadlines for submitting tax returns. At the end of the program, the trainee receives a certificate from the New Giza University for attending the program.

This short course will be lectured by a distinguished elite of leaders and advisors from the Egyptian Tax Authority, and it will be fully supervised by Dr. Fayez Fathallah El-Dabaani, the former head of the Egyptian Tax Authority and an accredited lecturer at the United Nations and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The Objectives of the Course

By the end of the course, the trainee will have a complete understanding of all types of tax returns and how to prepare the tax return electronically according to the provisions, regulations of tax laws, bylaws, and all the instructions and circulars organized for it.

 

Intensive Short Course Duration: Two Days

 

First Day: Three lectures, each two hours long.

First Lecture: Introduction to the course, the importance of tax returns, and a general overview of tax returns and their mechanization.

Lecturer: Dr. Fayez El-Dabaani, the former head of the Egyptian Tax Authority.

Second Lecture: The legal aspects of tax returns.

Lecturer: Professor Dr. Ramadan Sedik, advisor to the Minister of Finance, former dean of the Faculty of Law at Helwan University, and tax scholar.

Third Lecture: The tax treatment of accounting transactions in light of accounting standards and tax law.

Lecturer: Mr. Ragab Mahrous, advisor to the President of the Egyptian Tax Authority.

 

Second Day: Two lectures, and at the end of the day, an open meeting and discussion with the trainees and answering all their questions.

First Lecture: How to prepare and present tax returns on salaries and their equivalents.

Lecturer: Mr. Haitham Mohamed, General Manager of Examination at the Second Large Taxpayers Center in Cairo.

Second Lecture: How to prepare tax returns electronically and upload them to the tax system.

Lecturer: Mr. Tharwat Ali, former Head of the Information Systems Sector at the Egyptian Tax Authority and an expert in the tax authority systems.

Final Lecture: An open meeting and discussion with the trainees and answering all their questions.

The meeting will be managed by Dr. Fayez El-Dabaani.

 

CERTIFICATE

Certificates will be granted to participants based on full course attendance.
