The School of Medicine (SOM) hosts the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh membership examination part B

The Newgiza University School of Medicine was excited to host the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh membership examination part B (MRCS part B) in Cairo, Egypt. This was the first time the examination took place in the country, and it provided an opportunity for more eligible candidates to take the test at an official, highly equipped test center such as Newgiza University campus, without the need or urgency to travel overseas.

 

The collaboration between Newgiza University and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh facilitated the chance for aspiring surgeons to take their career to the next level. The MRCS part B was a crucial step towards obtaining the coveted membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. The Newgiza University campus offered state-of-the-art facilities and resources, which were essential for a high-stakes examination such as the MRCS part B.
