Application Process for International Students
Apply Online
- Fill the Online Application.
Submit and Pay the Application Fees
- Submit the application and pay the application fees (1,500 EGP) online via credit card (non-refundable) to proceed to the next step.
Auto-Reply Email
- The applicant will receive an auto-reply email once he finishes step no.2 notifying him that he will receive an acknowledgement email and his NGU application number within 48 working hours.
Send the Required English Score
- Reply to the acknowledgement email with the required English score along with your application number.
- You are requested to send your English score in PDF version by email.
Interview Invitation & Aptitude Test
- You will be invited for a personal interview within 48 working hours; it doesn’t require any preparations in advance.
- Applicants applying for Architectural Engineering and the School of Arts & Design will do an aptitude test.
Apply through the Ministry Website “Study in Egypt”
- Fill an application on “Study in Egypt” ministry website through this link https://admission.study-in-egypt.gov.eg/ , pay all the requested fees, get the nomination letter and finalize all steps required on “Study in Egypt” website.
Submit the Original Documents
- Submit the original documents at NGU admission office as submitted on “Study in Egypt” website for validation.
Provisional Acceptance
- You will receive provisional acceptance once you successfully submit the required original documents.
Pay the 1st Installment & Lab Insurance Amount
- You will be requested to pay the 1st installment within a specific deadline that will be mentioned in the provisional acceptance email.
